CrossFit LifeSport April 2017 Athlete of the Month

“I joined a CrossFit LifeSport because I wanted a more challenging exercise program. Physically, I’m stronger, more flexible, and have more endurance, and my doctor tells me my blood pressure is lower, my heart rate is slower, and my lung capacity has increased. I also eat healthier. But the most important change for me has been emotional and psychological. I feel better, handle stress better, and have a more positive outlook on life and my future.”
