“I joined CrossFit LifeSport, after a lot of convincing from a great friend because I wanted a healthy routine and to become stronger. ”I joined CrossFit LifeSport back in February because I was tired of the normal gym routine. I started weightlifting when I was 15 and never stopped. So I needed to change it up from the normal bench, deadlift, squat, and repeat.
Crossfit is definitely the change I needed. We work on different movements each day and I have yet to get bored with it.
